【 How to use 】
To use the toothbrushes, first wet the bristles under running water. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. Gently move the brush back and forth in short (tooth-wide) strokes, ensuring to clean the front, back, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. Brush for at least two minutes, spending equal time on each quadrant of your mouth. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly and clean the toothbrush under water. Store the toothbrush in an upright position to allow it to dry. Replace the toothbrush every three to four months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
