【 How to use 】
Brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day, preferably after each meal.
Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.
Brush all surfaces of the teeth using a soft toothbrush and gentle circular motions for at least 2 minutes.
Do not swallow. Spit out after brushing and rinse your mouth with water if necessary.
Close the tube properly after use to maintain product quality.
For children under 6 years old: use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
If fluoride is being received from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
