【 Description 】

Weleda Perineum Massage Oil 50ml is an oil with a composition based on Sweet Almond and Wheat germ oil, rich in Vitamin E, to nourish delicate skin of perinea.
A regular massage with this oil allows to improve skin suppleness to prevent childbirth tensions.
Its subtle floral scent brings serenity and comfort.
Cutaneous tolerance tested under dermatological control.

【 How to use 】

Perineum massage can be practised every days, during 5 to 10 minutes, with the Perineum Massage Oil. This massage relaxes tissues and muscles, which will be significantly more flexible and relaxed day after day.
Do not practise before the 37th week in case of contractions. In case of doubt, consult a midwife or doctor.
Perineum massage is a simple act to carry out oneself when you know the gesture and that you became aware of your anatomy. They are described in the guide of pregnant women massage published by Weleda.
