Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Changes
Orders placed on our site will be processed for shipment from our warehouse in France on the next business day following order confirmation.

Returns and Defective Products
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and instructions. If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a replacement if available, or issue a full refund if the replacement is out of stock. Please note that slight variations between the product and its image on the website, such as packaging or design differences, do not qualify as defects.
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons, return shipping costs will be at your expense, but no additional fees will apply. To initiate a return, please contact us through the inquiry form or via email. We will then provide you with the return instructions and the return address. Please ship the item from your nearest post office and ensure the shipping fee is prepaid.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will promptly process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that we may require photographs of the package’s weight and internal condition upon delivery, so we recommend taking and saving these photos when you first receive the product.
We kindly ask you not to refuse delivery, as this can significantly delay the return process.
