Talika Lipocils Liner Lash Growth Felt-Tip Eyeliner 0,8ml is a felt with fine tip that makes makes-up and eyelashes grow simultaneously, black color. True feat its formula combines:
- The Mythical Plant Complex of TALIKA: witch hazel, apple, nettle, horse chestnut, St. John's wort: it promotes the growth of eyelashes for longer, more resistant eyelashes.
- The Expert Peptide: it improves the quality of the ciliary bulb to strengthen the anchoring of the eyelashes and slow down their fall.
- The Coleus forskohlii: it stimulates melanogenesis and increases the production of melanin for naturally darker eyelashes.
- The Red clover: it wakes up the eyelashes by shortening their inactivity phase.
The eyeliner format makes it possible to deposit the active ingredients as close as possible to the cilia root, where the ciliary growth takes place, for maximum efficiency. The felt is ultra manageable for an easy, clean and precise layout.

【 How to use 】
Shake the felt before applying. Apply as close as possible to the lash root from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Close the felt after use to preserve the effectiveness of the product.
