Product prices

Orders.

The Customer will be informed as soon as possible if the ordered products are not available. In this case, the customer can either change the order or cancel the order.

Payment.
Payment for orders must be made online.

Credit card and PAYPAL payments are accepted.

Despatch and delivery
We dispatch orders within 3-5 days. If there is a delay in dispatch, e.g. because we are out of stock or have to place an order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

In the case of orders containing items with different delivery dates, the delivery date will be the longer delivery date of the items in the order. In this case, we reserve the right to split the delivery.

Defective goods and returns

If the goods are not as ordered or are defective, please contact us within 5 days. We will exchange the item(s) at our expense, provided that the item(s) have not been used.
We will deal with the situation after checking your parcel. If we are unable to resend the product due to an out-of-stock or other reason, we will refund the full amount.
The product may have some damage to the packaging due to international shipping, but this does not count towards the return of the product.
