Application of Terms
By purchasing products through PORTA TERRA (www.porta-terra.com), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Prices
The price of each product is shown on its product page.
Prices may vary depending on your destination country/region, display currency, exchange rate, and payment provider fees.
Products listed on our site may be discontinued or become out of stock without notice due to availability.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and volumes for the products we sell.
However, due to manufacturer specification changes, packaging changes, ingredient-labeling changes, or bottle-design changes, the information shown on the site may differ in part from the actual product.
Order Process and Formation of Contract
After you complete an order, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to confirm the order details.
This confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute our formal acceptance.
A sales contract is formed between you and us when we send the shipment-completion email, at which point we formally accept your order.
Product Display
We strive to present product information as accurately as possible.
Product images, packaging, bottle design, exterior, label displays, and colors are for reference and may differ in part from the actual product.
Order cancellations, returns, or exchanges based solely on such differences cannot be accepted.
If some or all ordered items are out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible and offer an alternative, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund.
Prices and Additional Fees
The price displayed at the time of order applies. Prices may change without notice.
For international shipping, as the importer you may bear duties, import taxes, consumption tax, VAT, clearance fees, and other charges in the destination country/region.
These may not be included in the product price or shipping fee.
Orders
If ordered items are unavailable due to being out of stock, discontinued, shipping restrictions, import restrictions, or other reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You may then accept an alternative or choose cancellation and a refund of the affected item.
We may refuse or cancel orders from customers with unpaid previous orders, payment issues, suspected fraud, orders subject to shipping restrictions, or other reasonable grounds.
Customs and Import Taxes
Products ordered from PORTA TERRA may be subject to duties, import taxes, consumption tax, VAT, clearance fees, and similar charges upon arrival in the destination country/region.
These are determined by the destination's customs, carrier, or relevant authorities and are the customer's responsibility as importer.
We cannot confirm or guarantee in advance whether such charges apply or their amount. Please contact the customs authority in your destination. Customs procedures may cause delivery delays.
Payment
Payment for orders is made by online payment.
Available payment methods are limited to those shown at checkout, which may include credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other approved payment services.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Products may be shipped from France or from partner logistics facilities.
Dispatch or delivery may be delayed due to stock, backorders, carrier circumstances, customs procedures, weather, peak seasons, or other external factors.
When items with different lead times are ordered together, shipment may follow the longest lead time. We may split shipments where necessary.
Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products

Refusal of Delivery
Please do not refuse delivery for personal reasons.
If a parcel is returned, stored, or discarded due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incorrect address, or non-payment of customs/import taxes, return may take a long time, and we may be unable to refund the product price, shipping, return shipping, storage, handling, or other incurred costs.
Important
Confirming transit damage or defects may require inspection of the outer box and packaging.
If there is a problem after delivery, please keep the outer box, packaging materials, and the product itself without discarding them.
For investigation, we may ask for photos of the product, packaging, and outer box, and the box weight.
For transit damage, the carrier may contact you directly at your registered phone number or email.
Retention of Title
Title to the products transfers to you once all payments owed to us, including the product price, have been completed.
Personal and Confidential Information
We use personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number for order processing, shipping, payment, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except with your consent, as required by law, or where necessary to carriers, payment providers, or contractors.
