To use the adhesive tabs, start by ensuring your natural nails are clean and dry. Peel one tab from the backing and firmly press it onto the back of your false nail, ensuring it adheres well. Next, gently remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the tab. Align the false nail with your natural nail and press down firmly for a few seconds to secure it in place. Repeat this process for each false nail. To remove, gently lift the false nail from the sides, starting at the cuticle, and peel away the tab from your natural nail.
