Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Defective products
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items delivered
- Products materially different from the order
Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If the return or exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Approved returns due to our error or confirmed product defects will be covered by PORTA TERRA.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
