【 How to use 】
Apply a small amount of the gel to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth gently for two minutes, ensuring that you cover all surfaces, including the gum line. Spit out the excess gel without rinsing your mouth afterward to maximize fluoride absorption. Use this gel twice daily, preferably in the morning and before bedtime. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application to allow the ingredients to take effect.
