【 DESCRIPTION 】

Perineum is an intimate muscle whose suppleness plays an essential part during the childbirth. To tame this part of your body by execising it and massaging it it is to prepare it for baby passing during the childbirth. It is also to enable him to better recover after to find in all quietude its continence and a sexual life without pain nor apprehension.To improve the suppleness of fabrics thanks to a soft massage from the 34th week of pregnancy Weleda has developed the Perineum Massage Oil. Based on Sweet Almond oils and of Wheat germ naturally rich in vitamin E it nourishes perineum skin making it less fragile and more supple.Natural cosmetics controlled BDIH.
Preservatives free dyes free synthesis fragrance free mineral oils free.

【 DIRECTIONS FOR USE 】

Perineum massage can be practised every days during 5 to 10 minutes with the Perineum Massage Oil. This massage relaxes tissues and muscles which will be significantly more flexible and relaxed day after day.Do not practise before the 37th week in case of contractions. In case of doubt consult a midwife or doctor.Perineum massage is a simple act to carry out oneself when you know the gesture and that you became aware of your anatomy. They are described in the guide of pregnant women massage published by Weleda.

Indication: Perineum relaxing. Pregnant women from 34th week of pregnancy.

This oil prepared me for childbirth. I'm sure that using the oil regularly during pregnancy will help relieve labor pains. This oil is also great as a lubricant for sensitive skin. it's recommended!

Used as a prophylactic for lacerations before labor. I had epithelial resection done at birth, so I'm not sure if it was effective or not. I started using it 3 months after giving birth. I no longer feel any discomfort when walking or sitting.

The advanced version of perineal massage is explained in a very easy-to-understand manner. Of course, it is not so easy to perform this perineal massage in the third trimester of pregnancy, but the scent is very pleasant and it spreads very well. The price is also reasonable. At first, I was a little shocked at the price for such a small amount, but you can really get a massage with just a few drops! ! ! (lol). So, the amount is more than enough.

I started massage at 34 weeks pregnant. Massage with oil is good for increasing skin elasticity and promoting blood circulation. 3-4 times a week, 5-10! I did it for about a minute. We recommend using this oil.
