Order Cancellations

Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different items are returned at our expense with a full refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging; the customer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
