Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Products may be shipped from France or from partner logistics facilities.

Returns and Defective Products

If replacement or reshipment is not possible due to stock availability or other reasons, we will issue a refund.
Minor damage to the outer box or packaging caused during international shipping is not eligible for return or exchange if the product itself is usable.
Variations in packaging, bottle design, outer packaging, labels, or product appearance caused by manufacturer changes do not qualify as defects.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer-related reasons are not accepted, including but not limited to:

Refusal of Delivery

Refusal of delivery may result in extended delays before the parcel is returned to our logistics facility.
If a package is returned, stored, abandoned, or disposed of due to customer-related reasons, including refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incorrect address, or non-payment of customs duties or import taxes, we may not be able to refund the product price, shipping fees, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or other related costs.

You may be asked to provide photos of the product, photos of the packaging, photos of the outer box, the parcel weight, or other information for investigation.
