【 How to use 】
To use the toothbrush, first wet the bristles under running water. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. Gently move the brush back and forth in short (tooth-wide) strokes, ensuring you cover all surfaces of each tooth—front, back, and chewing surfaces. Spend about two minutes brushing, and don’t forget to brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing and clean the toothbrush under running water. Store it upright to allow it to dry. Replace the toothbrush every three months or sooner if bristles are frayed.
